Cangzhou Dongjun Pipeline implements a full-process quality control system covering raw material inspection, in-process testing and finished product delivery inspection.
- We are equipped with a complete set of professional testing instruments, including direct reading spectrometers, hydraulic universal testing machines, ultrasonic thickness gauges, digital hardness testers and metallographic analyzers. A full range of NDT equipment such as ultrasonic flaw detectors, magnetic particle testers, X-ray flaw detectors and penetration testing devices helps eliminate internal and surface defects of pipe fittings.
- Our factory holds ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, API Spec Q1 10th Edition certifications and China’s Special Equipment Manufacturing License for pressure pipeline components. All test reports comply with EN10204:2004 standards. Supported by standardized manufacturing procedures and strict inspection standards, we deliver reliable high-pressure flanges and pipe fittings for global industrial projects.
