Basic info about your pipe fitting factory, establishment year and location?

Cangzhou Dongjun Pipe was founded in 2000, located in Buzhai Industrial Zone, Mengcun — China’s well-known capital of elbows and pipe fittings. We enjoy convenient transport near Huanghua Port, Beijing and Tianjin. Our annual production capacity reaches 20,000 tons, with 230 employees including 45 professional technical engineers. Factory visits are welcome.

What main pipe fitting products can you provide?

We manufacture high, medium and low pressure steel pipeline components. Main products include flanges, elbows, tees, reducers, socket weld inserts, nozzles and pipe supports. We have more than 1000 specifications covering mainstream pipeline accessories to realize one-stop procurement.

What metal materials are available for your pipe fittings?

We supply carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, duplex steel and nickel-based alloy to fit different temperature, pressure and corrosion environments. If you need special custom metal materials for special working conditions, our technical team can also meet your requirements.

Which international standards do your products comply with?

Our products support GB, ASME, DIN and JIS standards. Every batch of goods can be matched with EN10204:2004 official test reports, which are widely recognized by engineering supervisors in global projects.

How do you control product quality before delivery?

We own over 200 sets of professional production and testing equipment, including full NDT devices, spectrometers and mechanical testing machines. Raw material inspection, semi-finished product testing and finished product full inspection will be completed strictly before shipment to avoid defective goods.

What certifications does your factory hold for project bidding?

We have ISO9001/14001/45001 system certificates, API Spec Q1 10th Edition certificate and China Special Equipment Manufacturing License for pressure pipeline components. All valid certificates can be provided for your tender review at any time.
