We have invested heavily in introducing a full range of heavy-duty forging, forming and numerical control processing equipment, covering all core manufacturing procedures from raw steel blank forging to finished product precision machining. Our complete equipment layout realizes one-stop integrated production, effectively controlling product dimensional tolerance, forming density and overall mechanical performance.

Our core forging equipment includes 2500T, 1600T and 630T friction forging presses, matched with large heavy forging hammers, professional heavy-duty forging manipulators and automatic forging loading and unloading machines. These large-scale forging equipment is specially used for hot forging forming of high-pressure thick-wall flanges, heavy elbows and large-diameter tees, ensuring uniform internal metal structure of forgings and eliminating internal defects such as loose grains and air holes. For hot bending elbow production, we adopt large medium-frequency push bending machines, which can produce seamless elbows with smooth inner and outer walls and stable wall thickness.

In the hydraulic forming workshop, we are equipped with 1000-ton hydraulic presses, 3000-ton heavy hydraulic presses and special large three-way cold extrusion hydraulic machines. The cold extrusion process greatly improves the tensile strength and pressure resistance of tees, making our three-way fittings more suitable for high-pressure natural gas and chemical pipeline transmission systems. For precision finishing processing, we deploy multiple large CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, CNC drilling machines and CNC milling machines. All flange sealing surfaces, bolt holes and matching sizes of pipe fittings are finished by digital control equipment, which minimizes manual processing errors and ensures interchangeability of all standard accessories.

All production equipment undergoes regular maintenance and parameter calibration by our professional technical team to maintain stable processing accuracy every day. Whether customers place small customized trial orders or tens of thousands of tons of mass bulk orders, our complete equipment group can efficiently complete production tasks on schedule without delaying project construction periods.
