Different industrial pipeline projects face drastically different service environments: some bear normal temperature and conventional pressure, some work under ultra-high temperature and high pressure, while others transmit corrosive chemical media such as acid, alkali and salt water. To adapt to diverse working conditions of global customers, Dongjun Pipe reserves complete raw material inventory of multiple metal materials and can process pipe fittings with designated metal materials as required by buyers.

Carbon steel is our most widely used conventional material, suitable for general oil transmission, urban heating, building water supply and low-pressure natural gas pipelines, featuring stable mechanical performance and cost advantages. Alloy steel materials such as chrome-moly alloy steel are selected for high-temperature boiler pipelines, power station thermal pipelines and high-pressure crude oil transportation pipelines, with outstanding high-temperature creep resistance and pressure bearing capacity.

For corrosive medium transmission projects including chemical, pharmaceutical and marine pipelines, we adopt various grades of stainless steel pipe fittings, which effectively resist oxidation and acid-base corrosion. Duplex stainless steel products combine the advantages of austenitic and ferritic stainless steel, with superior corrosion resistance to chloride ion seawater, ideal for offshore engineering, ship and coastal chemical plant pipeline systems.

For ultra-severe corrosion working environments such as special chemical reaction pipelines and high-concentration acid delivery pipelines, we supply nickel-based alloy pipe fittings with extreme corrosion resistance. Besides the above conventional metal materials, our technical department can develop and process pipe fittings with special customized metal alloys according to customers’ unique engineering technical requirements. Before production, we will provide raw material chemical composition analysis reports and mechanical property test reports for customers to confirm material compliance, ensuring the selected materials fully match the actual service environment of the project.
